III. Application Scenarios
1. Component Assembly Flipping: After component assembly on one side of the PCB, the equipment flips the board for surface mount technology (SMT) on the other side, enabling double-sided component assembly.
2. Testing Flipping: After SMT soldering, the PCB is flipped to allow testing equipment to access components on the back side for performance testing.
3. PCB Rework Flipping: Poorly soldered boards can be flipped for easy removal and replacement of back-side components, improving rework efficiency.
